Client accounting is a niche area of expertise and as such this role won't be suitable for everyone, but if you do have that experience then this could be a great role for you.

Working for a respected firm, your position will be varied and duties will include

Looking after your own portfolio of clients in within a larger team
Collecting rents and service charges and working with the client to resolve any issues
Billing
Bank reconciliations
Property reconciliations
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for clients
Producing statements
Analysis and ad hoc reporting
Working closely with stakeholders
Ensuring adherence with sector regulations
Handling queries

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in a client accounting role and ideally will have exposure to staff management, although this is not essential.

Strong Excel skills are key to the success of this position and the ability to work with systems also very important.

This role will continue to allow a mixture of remote and office working once the pandemic eases.
