You will have all the tools to be flexible and adaptable to work from home part of the time or either of their three offices based in East Anglia.

Exciting times are ahead for my client, they have seen a strong period of growth and a 98% retention rate meaning there is now an opening for a new BDM, could this be you? You will be fed a lot of business as their reputation in the market place is strong with clients approaching you eager for you to support them!

You must be comfortable with senior management engagement within a managed IT service, Software, Technology or Service focused industry in an ideal world however if you have worked in a service or solutions background we would be keen to hear from you too.

Key responsibilities will look like this:

  • Identify new business
  • Self generate sales
  • Develop client relationships
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Understand you clients needs and provide the solution
  • Work in partnership with your clients
  • Support the Sales Director
  • Working in partnership for the good of the business
  • Be involved in internal development of the business - your opinion counts!

To be considered we are looking to speak to experienced BDMs preferably in the IT Managed Service sector, but we can have a degree of flexibility here if you are familiar with software, technology or have worked in a service lead industry. I would like to see examples of how you have exceeded your targets and been able to influence to increase profitability. The key is going to be your communication style and you must be personable, be comfortable negotiating with executive and senior level directors and the ability to travel when required to client offices, majority are based within 90 minutes commute of Peterborough. You will be make great decisions and trust your judgement to ensure the client is well looked after and bring their business to you then build strong relationships that last!
