You will also be responsible for:
· Transforming the emailing programme from reactive to strategic.
· Liaising with the Google Adwords agency and overseeing work and results.
· Addressing post-purchase concerns, simplifying process and enhancing the overall customer experience.
· Develop content including checklists, flowcharts, videos in order to simplify information for different learning styles.
· Create a social media strategy and expand presence within trade media and other relevant platforms.
