We are currently looking on behalf of a client for an immediately available Contracts & Projects Manager/Commercial Lead to support a newly formed PMO function on a 3-month contract basis. This role may have to option to be extended/become permanent for the right candidate and will attract a rate of £350 per day.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dealing with profits and losses whilst proactively managing and leading a commercial agenda. You will be identifying commercial risks and opportunities for commercial improvement whilst sharing best practice and driving out inefficiency. You will also be taking the lead on sharing and educating the wider community of the commercial obligations whilst coordinating and managing a change register under the contract. This role will also entail taking the lead on engaging with clients on commercial queries and collating information from the regions into a central commercial health dashboard.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with excel expertise, along with the ability to understand Contractual requirements - including the Commercial impact or any Contractual change. Utility sector experience is advantageous, preferably within telecommunications.
