The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful business in Peterborough to work within a small but friendly team. This would be a full time, permanent position.

You will be a key support to the manager of the team and your role will be varied:

• Chasing overdue payments by phone and email
• Working to collection targets
• Handling and resolving customer queries where possible or escalating if appropriate
• Producing debt reports for management
• Setting up direct debits

The successful candidate will have at least a years experience in Credit Control in a previous role, have a confident manner and a strong work ethic. Along with experience, strong Excel skills would be beneficial.

You will be offered between £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
