We are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of a business who have experienced substantial year on year growth over the last 5 years. This role is based in the office on the outskirts of Cambridge city centre with access to plenty of on site parking.

This is newly created role within the business to support the growth and add value to the already established finance team. You may already have proven experience in credit control but this role will also suit somebody that has worked in customer service but is keen to embark on a new career in finance.

You will report directly into the Finance Manager and will be working closely with the finance team and the wider business to ensure you have and are providing up to date information, the main elements of the role are as follows -

- Speaking to customers over the telephone to discuss aged debt and putting in place payment plans

- Producing aged debt reports for the Finance Manager

- Setting up new customer accounts and running credit checks
