The One Group are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing business in Wisbech on a full time, permanent basis.

It is essential you have experience within a credit control position, as well as having the ability to prioritise workload & have good skills on Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Running aged debt reports
• Accurately post customer receipts
• Chasing outstanding debt and confirming upcoming payments by phone in the first instance and then by email
• Responding to, investigating and resolving queries - escalating when necessary
• Liaising with debt collection agencies/legal as required
• Assisting sales ledger clerk with day-to-day processing
