CRM & Digital Marketing Executive Required!

This manufacturer specialises in selling commercial equipment to many of your favourite restaurants and popular sporting venues. The business is seeking a CRM & Digital Marketing Executive to support their growth plans for 2022.

As part of this role, you will be required to create engaging content across their social media platforms and website. You will often create reports to review campaign success as well as implementing SEO strategies to increase ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging written, video, and graphical content for all digital channels.
• Lead email marketing programmes sharing targeted content with partners, customers, and prospects.
• Support the development of a new company website and extranet. Manage ongoing content updates including images, video and written material.
• Use the CRM system to support the planning and targeting of digital activity, ensure all activity and opportunities are recorded within CRM.
• Prepare regular reports summarising digital marketing activity and results.
• Manage appropriate SEO and PPC activities.

Skills Required:

• Relevant degree, professional qualification, completed apprenticeship or proven experience.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Proven experience of creating content for digital channels.
• Skilled in preparing written content with an eye for detail.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms within a commercial setting, preferably B2B.
• In-depth understanding of an email marketing platforms
