As a CRM Manager, you will be reporting to Head of Retention and looking after a team of both CRM Executives and CRM Designers.

Your duties include:

  • Creating, owning and implementing the CRM strategy and roadmap with a focus on increasing customer value, engagement, and retention whilst ensuring loyalty programmes are fully supported.
  • Ensure all customer lifecycle and RFM movement campaigns are active and optimised cross channel.
  • Maintain a highly competent team by recruiting, inducting, coaching and developing employees
  • Responsible for the development of all employees within the team including identifying development gaps and working with the Department Manager and the HR department to define methods to fulfil the training needs



The role would suit candidates living in and around Peterborough, Huntingdon, St Ives, Stamford, Oundle, Oakham, Chatteris, Wisbech, March, Spalding, Whittlesey, Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Thrapston, Cambridge, Grantham and Bourne.
