An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Account Associate to join a growing and ambitious business in this role you be required to liaise with different teams.

On any one day you will;

• Order management and processing of orders
• Raising of Sales orders into their in house system
• Ensure the accurate shipment of orders and associated paperwork
• Be the main point of contact for customer order queries
• Maintain databases and ensure information is up to date.
• Assist with department clerical work

Plus any other activities that come your way.
