Managing the Customer Service, Returns and Service departments, you will have hands on approach to recruiting a brand new team, implementing new processes and ensuring exceptional Customer Service is delivered.
The successful candidate will have a background in Retail and E-commerce and you will have experience in building and developing a customer service team. You will be a strong communicator with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
A large part of this role will be to engage with brands and build relationships with people of all levels both internally and externally.
Experience with returns processes is essential
