My client, an FMCG manufacturer in the Wisbech area, are looking for a talented individual who will sit in-between the Operational & Commercial departments. You'll have commercial account management responsibilities with a new customer, plus a team to supervise in the warehouse who will pick & pack the orders for your customer.

So, you'll have a leg in the office & a leg in the warehouse, so to speak. Which is great, because you don't want to sit at a desk all day anyway, do you?

• Salary £27,000 - £29,000
• Monday to Friday roughly office-hours schedule
• Bank holidays off

The business is in a huge growth period - transitioning from a traditional family run business into something larger and more commercial. To aid with this growth they have recruited lots of newly created roles and attracted some great local talent.

The ideal candidate will have a background in operational roles within manufacturing or distribution, plus either have the experience or the charisma to become a more commercial figure and look after this new major account. Bonus points for supervisory experience too!
