Do you have the ability to manage the customer requirements of a large FMCG manufacturer, whilst being present on-site with their retail client to ensure things run smoothly?
It's a very exciting and fast-paced role for the right person, with the opportunity to significantly develop your skill set.
The ONE Group are on the lookout for a candidate who is experienced in high-volume supply chain work or food retailing (graduates with a placement year in a supermarket head office welcomed) to take on an on-site account management role for a leading UK producer.
You'll be based on-site at our client's customer's head office in Bradford, whilst needing to spend a couple of days per fortnight in Ipswich with your employer (mileage & hotel accommodation provided).
Your tasks will be ensuring daily KPI's are reviewed with any issues investigated, networking within the customer's operation, logistical reviews, end-to-end supply chain reviews and management of promotional activities. You'll essentially be an on-site account manager working collaboratively between a major UK supermarket & the manufacturer who produces their food for them.
What will you need?
- 1 year's experience within high-volume supply chain work or food retailing (Graduates with a placement year in a retailer also considered)
- Strong account management skills
- Professional personality, with the ability to build solid relationships
- Ability to work at a fast-pace with minimal error
