This role will be within the ecommerce team so you will working closely with the businesses four great fashion brands.

This role will be exciting and challenging with no day being the same..

Duties:

• Resolving customer queries over email and on the telephone within their wholesale department!
• Contacting customer on any issues that may arise around orders.
• Working closely with internal teams and supply chain to ensure timely despatch and returns.
• General administration.
• Assisting with resizing and adhoc production task - data entry, product imagery and market research.

No experience needed, just a brilliant attitude and the drive to provide excellent customer care.
