Our brilliant client with a great company culture who are growing at a great rate, with exciting plans of global expansion are currently on the search for a new Bilingual German/English speaking Customer advisor to join their team.

They are brilliant at upskilling and developing, so much so they are happy to have someone join their team with no experience, or with experience.

This role will be varied working closely with their German customers via email and telephone but predominately over email, order processing and answering customer enquiries, you will be assisting the UK team when required, problem solving and escalation of any complaints you will also be helping the ecommerce team when needed for website maintenance.

The ideal candidate for this role, will be fluent within German both written and spoken as well as English, experience is not needed for this role, you must be confident with Microsoft package including excel and word. You must have excellent customer service skills and be highly organised.

Hours: 9 - 5pm Monday - Friday (Hybrid 2 days from home a week after probation and training)
