We are looking for a keen Customer Service Analyst to join a company based in Histon, Cambridgeshire on an initial 6-month basis - however there is a possibility of extension. This role is looking to start ASAP and will look to pay up to £25,000 pro rata with a working week of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Day-to-day duties may include inputting orders onto the database in a precise and timely manner along with responding to customer queries via e-mail (occasionally via telephone), and analysing data.

The ideal candidate will have great IT skills and Customer Service skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
