The One Group are proud to be working with an amazing growing business based in Kettering who have a great opportunity for an experienced enthusiastic customer service representative to join their team.

This role is a great opportunity for someone who is keen love to join a business who care about their staff and who are growing from strength to strength.

The daily duties for this role will include:

• Building relationships with customer and internal teams.
• Chasing of orders.
• Liaising with suppliers.
• Allocating returns for customers and arranging collections via couriers.
• Email monitoring and replying to customers.
• Ad hoc administration.

The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background, have excellent administration skills and a great personality.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm

This role will be working from home until government guidelines change you will then be working partially from home and in the office. (you will be provided with all equipment!)
