The One Group are proud to be working with a company based locally who are fast becoming a leader in what they do, they are currently needing a customer centric customer leader to join their management team.
This role is busy and varied. You will lead the way for this small, hardworking customer service team, you will take ownership of developing and growing the companies customer service function, set and ensure KPIs are hit, deal with customer escalations, train, motivate and develop the team, work closely with senior management to ensure a brilliant customer journey and report customer figures and general details.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within a customer environment, have experience of dealing with escalations and developing a team.
You will have full autonomy in this role, ensuring you have the support to build a successful team.
