At The One Group we have been given the brilliant task to assist exclusively with a brilliant ecommerce retail business based in Birmingham who are keen to find a their next Customer Service Manager who will lead a large team of sales, customer service and service team members to ensure a brilliant customer journey.
This role will involve some of the below duties;
- Managing and developing a team of 7 this will cover customer support, sales and service.
- Monitoring the companies eCommerce dispatch levels and customer SLAs.
- Understanding and resolving customer escalations through various forms of communication.
- Contributing to overall business ideas, plans and processes.
- Developing and mentoring team members
- Management of KPIs and management reports.
The ideal candidate for this role will;
- Have at least 2 years experience of managing a successful customer or sales team.
- Ideally experience within a ecommerce retail business.
- Have experience of working closely with a management team to ensure excellent results.
- A people person is a must, you must enjoy working with various teams!
