We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join this innovative company based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire. We are currently looking for an individual who is confident and accurate to join this thriving Customer Service team on a permanent basis. The role will be paying between £20,000-£22,425 and will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Our client is looking to on-board the right person into the team ASAP, so being immediately available or having a short notice period is essential.

In this role, you will be:

  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with incoming communications in a courteous and professional manner
  • Liaising with Credit Control and other departments ensuring excellent levels of customer service at all times
  • Running departmental reports
  • Ensuring any issues are dealt with efficiently and proactively.


The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, ideally with some experience within Administration and/or Customer Service. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must have for this position, along with good written and verbal skills.
