The One Group are proud to be working with an amazing well known global brand who a currently getting busier and busier, and they now have two great opportunities within their customer service team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who would love to join a business who care about their staff and who are growing from strength to strength and with lots of training.
The daily duties for this role will include:
- Managing the customer inbox and replying to queries quickly and efficiently
- Occasionally speaking to customers via phone
- Working closely with other teams to answer questions and queries from customers
The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background, have excellent administration skills and a great personality and you will be available within a minimum of 1 weeks notice.
Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm
This role will be temporary for around 3 months.
This role will be working from home. (you will be provided with all equipment!)
