Our client, who has a large presence within the Health Industry, is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their expanding team.
This is not your average role, it will involve working for an company that serves customers in large public-sector organisations as well as small and medium sized businesses, globally. Your role will be varied and rewarding.
This role is all about the customer journey and offering excellent customer experience.
- Over the phone product assistance
- Order processing
- Quotation processing
- Booking technician callouts when required
- Closing/updating jobs on completion and notifying customer
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A professional approach at all times
- Excellent organisational skills
- Show high level of understanding for customer needs
- Be a team player
Job type: Permanent, Monday- Friday 07:30- 16:30
Salary+ Benefits: £20,000 to £25,000, quarterly bonus, free lunch and on-site parking.
