Polish Speaking Customer Care & Administration

Some companies have been fortunate enough to thrive during Covid and this is one of them, due to expansion they are looking to recruit a new member to the European Customer Care Team to support the teams and customers based in Poland. There is a lot more to this role than just being on the phone so we are not looking for call centre staff you will be trained in the ordering system, administration, products and account management sides of the business. You will have a varied role split between administration, customer services and supporting Account Managers and you certainly will not be watching the clock in this position.

The culture is great, busy, engaging and fun as a company they look after their staff exceptionally well and ensure you are happy at work even down to cooking you bacon sandwiches on the BBQ for a morning treat for no other reason than it's a nice thing to do!
