As the Customer Success Manager may find yourself:

  • Developing lasting relationships with customers
  • Providing customers with exceptional knowledge of products
  • Assisting in improvements by working closely with technical teams
  • Leading customer meetings and events
  • Encouraging upsell of expansions
  • Effectively utilising the CRM systems to document progress

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Two or more years working in a Customer Management position
  • Previous experience working in a software industry
  • A creative problem solver who is passionate about customer success
