As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers receive a seamless and exceptional level of service. Reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, you'll leverage your technical background to understand customers' needs and identify new sales opportunities. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with their clients and driving the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
