Online shopping is pivotal for businesses in 2021.

Here is an opportunity to join an online retailer in a competitive sector to become their next Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager.

You will fully understand end-to-end customer journeys and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Ecommerce principles and best practices. You must be able to offer insight and execute change across Digital Marketing and Ecommerce channels.

An important part of this role is the ongoing development and expansion their Ecommerce websites - making use of analytical tools to track and report on online performance and make improvements where necessary to drive revenue and improve the user experience.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to improve the customer journey, devise strategies to strengthen customer retention, analysing data and driving Average Order Value and Conversion Rates, balancing driving traffic to the website with average spend. You will have an in-depth understanding of web/Ecommerce analytics and solid experience in A/B testing.

Staying up to date with market trends, you will be able to identify key technologies to support the delivery of the Ecommerce plan, ensuring the company maximises ROI opportunities and drive business improvements to contribute to the success of the wider business.

This is a role that would suit someone with experience in:
Managing Ecommerce sites (They are transitioning to Shopify)
Marketing online consumer products (B2C)
Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation
Knowledge of email marketing & segmentation (They are looking at Klaviyo)
Driven by building brand awareness on web and digital channels
An analytical mind and ability to report on key metrics

This role is remote but you need to be based in the UK for occasions where the whole team comes together in person although this is infrequent you'll need to be able to move quickly to meet when needed.
