In this role you'll...
- Oversee the assistants by approving all product copy, content creation, email campaigns and content calendars. Providing constructive feedback and training to the team, when needed, to ensure a high level of commercially strategic on-brand copy/content across all sites and campaigns.
- Work closely with internal translators to ensure all content created for the sites is translated to deadlines for European. You'll oversee SEO across the sites to drive growth in organic revenue; including liaising with the SEO agency, delegating work across the Assistants, organising meetings, liaising with PR, reviewing reports, training the Assistants when needed and occasionally creating content to assist the team.
- Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates across the current sites and campaigns, briefing the work, gathering quotes, managing development through to live & reporting on the impact once live.
- Support the Ecommerce Manager with PPC, retargeting and programmatic campaigns as required.
