You will be joining one of the biggest international food, retail and ingredients groups.

Essential skills:
* Excellent planning and organisation skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Familiarity with lifecycle methodologies.
* Managing multiple workstreams at varying lifecycle stages.
* Creating and maintaining user self help documentation, technical documentation and procedural documentation.
* Ability to understand an translate technical jargon.

Desirables:
* Experience of working within an ITIL framework
* Working knowledge of Management Studio or
other Evergreen process tool
* Experience using IT Service Management tool(s)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Manager, Windows 10 and O365
* Experience working via Change Management and
logging RFCs
