I am looking for an experienced team leader who is capable of inspiring a team of 12-15 DC staff and be responsible for ensuring relevant KPI's are hit, your department is under control and your team are motivated.

It's definitely a hands-on role and will suit someone from another fast-paced distribution centre, warehouse, production or logistical operation. You'll surely need some management/team leading skills behind you and ideally some 5s knowledge too.

What will you need?

  • Team Leader/Supervisory experience from a fast-moving environment (warehouse, logistics, production, distribution)
  • Hard-working mentality
  • Ability to lead by example
  • KPI Management experience
