Our recent expansion has resulted in an opportunity for an experienced Divisional Manager to take over one of our many successful divisions. To take on this role you must have a real passion for Recruitment and a desire to drive our team of Consultants, continuing to build The ONE Group's reputation in the market. We'll give you all the tools you need to succeed, but we'll leave the KPI hoop-jumping to the corporates.
To be considered for the Divisional Manager role, you will need to possess direct experience of a 360-recruitment role and have prior experience of managing a team of Consultants within an agency or in-house environment. It is also important to have experience of building a recruitment network of clients and candidates.
