Salary: 30,000 - £32,000
Location: Mon-Thursday in office, Friday choice of remote working

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Administrator to manage and optimize our third party online stores, Amazon & Tiktok and the associated ad networks, Google & Meta. This role involves overseeing everything from system set up, to product listings, store optimization and store campaigns to building and running campaigns on Meta. The ideal candidate will have experience with ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analytics to drive online sales and improve channel performance.

We would expect to see practical experience is some of the following, Google Analytics, Google Search, Google Ads, Google Store, Google Business, Meta, Meta Ads, Meta Shop, Amazon, Triplewhale, SQL, Semrush, Tiktok, Linkedin, Reddit, Twitter, Trello, Asana, Klaviyo, Typeform and Helium10

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on the specified platforms/ stores.
  • Oversee inventory levels and monitor product availability.
  • Maintain and optimize functionality, including troubleshooting technical issues with the technical team.
  • Implement promotional campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Ensure a smooth user experience by conducting regular channel audits and performance tests.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customer service teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging ecommerce technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Administrator, Online Store Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Amazon & Tiktok.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and website performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Basic knowledge of API's, HTML, CSS, SQL or other web technologies is a plus.
