The role of Engineering Team Leader will be to coordinate all aspects of Production Engineering with your shift team members to deliver improved plant performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Actively leading routine maintenance activities to improve plant performance

- Ensure service levels are efficient and of a high standard

- Plan to improve service to the customer

- Oversee contractors

- Drive the focus on Engineering KPI's and RFT repairs and maintenance

- Ensure compliance to current Health and Safety Legislation

The right Candidate:

- Time served Engineering Apprenticeship or 5+ years industry experience with the relative qualifications

- Strong electrical skills

- PLC experience/ knowledge (Allen Bradley or Siemens would be advantageous)

- Previous team leading experience

- A positive and flexible approach to on-going training

- An excellent time manager

- A results orientated individual

As an environment you will be looking at a very high speed, modern and automated production site. The machinery is mainly for high speed bottling, filling millions of containers every year. You will be a true multi-skilled engineer, happy and capable of dealing with a variety of tasks within a high speed production environment.

Previous FMCG experience/ experience working on food process machinery is essential for this role.

This role is hands on, you'll be using your practical skills and knowledge and helping your team improve theirs.
