The One Group are working closely with a growing progressive business based in Wellingborough who now have an amazing opportunity for an Estimator to join the team.
You will need to be forward thinking, have knowledge of the construction industry and love working closely with projects.
The role will be diverse and a nice challenge each day but in a short overview please find below;
- General administration for projects working closely with various specification and requirements
- Working to deadlines to assist clients.
- To understand and develop client relationships to get an overview on project requirements, drawing details and costs.
- Setting out plans with external sources and supply chains on products and costs to allow correct and efficient tendering.
- Communicating with customer's and supply chain partners to facilitate ongoing relationships.
- Work closely with other estimators to ensure you a shared work load, logging files and new enquires and revising details where needed.
- Providing quotations to clients ensuring they are correct and up to date.
To be considered for this role you must have a experience with construction or estimating, have a can do attitude, enjoy client interaction and working closely in a team.
