This is an exterior and interior finishing products company and you will be tasked with using ABI to target new construction sites with projects including hotels, hospitals, leisure centres and student accommodation.
You will have to gain specifications with architects as well as converting specifications with contractors. .
Other responsibilities include:
- Working towards a business plan to deliver targets
- Management of nominated accounts
- Negotiating trading agreements and pricing strategies
- Carrying out detailed site condition surveys
- Producing detailed technical specifications
To apply you need to have worked in a field sales position calling on either contractors or architects and have excellent relationship building and good interpersonal skills.
