The ONE Group are partnered with a legal practice, based in Cambridge who are looking for a Finance Analyst. They are operating a 50/50 model of being office to working from home.

This role is newly created and offers a step into an organisation where progression can come in 2 forms; how well you do in this role means you could progress the function within the company, or looking at establishing yourself in the wider finance team. You need to be a self-starter and enthusiastic. Experience within an analysis or reporting role or evidence of this within roles you've completed are essential here.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse different business units performance through development of reports
• Develop and maintain key relationships with commercial managers
• Preparing and providing draft of financial analysis and a variety of reporting
• Create initial drafts of specific reporting when required by commercial managers
• Work collaboratively to identify trends and find simple ways to report hard to digest data
