It would see you joining an exciting business, who are about to embark on a huge period of growth in the coming years. The scale of which has been proven by the appointment of a FD who's reputation in the sector speaks for itself.
They are looking to make a number of appointments to support said growth plans in the new year and one of the most crucial of them all is that of a Finance Business Partner to support their Operations team in Peterborough.
This role will see you partnering with a number of senior stakeholders across the business and will see you as their go to financial expert on areas such as labour, stock and capital expenditure.
Duties will include:
- Providing analysis and guidance to aid in operational decision making.
- Providing expert insight into business performance.
- Leading forecasting, financial modelling and planning.
- Taking ownership of P&L statements.
To be considered for the role you will need to be a qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) and will have extensive experience of working within the FMCG sector. Candidates with strong Business Partnering experience within manufacturing as a whole will also be considered.
The salary for the role is negotiable based on skillset and experience, the package also comes with a car allowance and a bonus. Due to the nature of the role you will be required onsite 4 days a week with 1 day a week available to work from home.
