Reporting into the Financial Controller you will be taking a key role in supporting the senior leadership team and deliver accurate financial advice adding value across the wider business. We need a clear communicator with a high degree of commercial awareness in this role, someone who can explain complex financial information to non-financial personnel.
You'll engage and influence senior members of the team to help them understand their financial position and use your professional expertise to develop initiatives and improve business performance. You'll be accustomed to producing accurate financial reports and forecasts, as well as detailed cost analysis to help drive profitability across the business.
Owing to the nature of the business it will be well suited to someone from a logistics, manufacturing, or bio-tech background, with Finance Business Partnering experience.
