I'm looking for an operationally focused Finance Business Partner to be based in Peterborough and work closely operational stakeholders and the Head of Finance.
This role will see you play a pivotal role in the operational finance team, where you'll business partner with Plant, Manufacturing and Logistic stakeholders and provide financial insight that supports business decisions.
What you'll do?
- Provide and maintain and environment of continue improvement, ensuring reporting processes are simple and efficient
- Budget & forecasting, with associated reporting
- Business partnering operational stakeholders
- Provide financial insights to supply chain team, supporting business decisions and direction
- Support the Head of Finance with various analysis, insight and controls projects and processes
- Be an additional resource and support wider members of the finance team
What you'll need?
- Ideally qualified with relevant industry experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of
- Financial controls
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Strong business partnering experience
- Experience in a logistic, manufacturing or supply chain sectors
