This company has been an employer of choice in the Cambridge region for decades and they are looking to strengthen their finance team with an experienced Finance Business Partner on an 18-month fixed term contract.

A Cambridge institution, this industrial manufacturing business needs the support of a Finance Business Partner to provide leadership, detailed financial analysis and support to the operations, supply-chain and commercial estimating divisions.
You'll play a lead role in managing budgets, complex financial analysis and forecasts, balance sheet reconciliations, as well as driving continuous process improvements and month-end reporting.
Despite this being an initial 18-month FTC, the company is growing and there is a strong possibility that this role could go permanent for the right Candidate. We're looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships with key stakeholders, as you will have access to the senior leadership team and have the opportunity to influence the business as well as looking for opportunities for continuous improvements.
You'll need to hold an accredited qualification such as a CIMA, ACA or ACCA, and although this would suit a seasoned Finance Business Partner from industry, we would also like to hear from qualified Accountants from respected Accountancy Practices.
