Working closely with the Bursar and senior management team you'll be given the opportunity to take complete ownership of your role, playing a key part in all aspects of the financial management, planning, reporting and analysis of the College. Taking the lead of the 5-year financial planning strategy, the operational management of the finance department leading a dedicated team.

This is a key position within the college and as well as playing a pivotal role within the senior leadership team, you will also be a key point of contact for external stakeholders, auditors and Governing body's.

An ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is essential, and experience working with either an educational or charity organisation would be an advantage. The role requires a clear communicator, someone who is used to leading and mentoring others, and someone who will quickly gain the trust and respect of the senior leadership team.
