Reporting into the CFO the Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the finance function, and you will support the growth of the company by implementing and ensuring compliance with appropriate controls. You will take ownership of all aspects of the cash cycle: from monitoring cash flow to running the purchase ledger and preparing payment runs, monthly management accounts, statutory accounts and year-end reporting, as well as taking complete ownership of the company payroll process.

You will have to communicate with various non-financial stakeholders across the business, helping to prepare detailed and timely financial analysis to support the month and year-end process, as well as regular forecasting and budgeting.

We're looking for someone with an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, and someone who understands the demands of working within a start-up business would be a definite advantage.
