We are currently recruiting a Finance Manager on behalf of a business that has experienced year on year growth for the last 3 years, 2021 is going to be another exciting year for them and the recruitment of this role will play a key part in that. The company are based on the outskirts of Cambridge with access to parking and flexible working arrangements.

This is a newly created position reporting into the Finance Director and will be a pivotal role in the future growth of the business and the finance team, this role would suit somebody that is looking to take the next step into a Finance Manager role. You will provide support and management to 2 Assistant Accountants and will take responsibility for the following -

- Month end close

- Balance sheet reconciliations

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Drive the continuous improvement of end to end accounting practices

You must have strong accounting knowledge and the drive and enthusiasm to make the role your own, this is a great opportunity that will offer future career progression to the right individual.
