The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a globally operating organisation, who's products are well renowned for improving people's lives. Due to a extended period of maternity leave for a long term member of staff, they are now looking for a technically skilled Finance Manager to join them on a contract which will run up to March 2023.
The role will see you heading up a small team with two Finance Assistants reporting into you, day to day duties will include the following;
- Producing and submitting monthly P&L and balance sheet financial accounts.
- Managing and coordinating the interim and annual audits.
- Producing annual statutory accounts.
- Providing support for commercial and strategic decision making.
- Producing accurate reporting for Tax.
- Mentoring and developing the Finance Assistants.
- Heading up ad hoc projects.
To be considered for the role you will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in technical accounting and team management. You will also need to be available to start the contact in Jan 2022 (one month notice max).
The salary for the role is paying up to £65,000 per annum and will include a objective bonus and a completion bonus. A hybrid working scheme is used by the business and you will need to attend the Peterborough office two or three times a week with the rest worked from home.
