The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with an exciting, rapidly growing SME business based in Peterborough. Part of a wider group, the UK arm of the business is one of the newer entities to their portfolio and has shown remarkable progress over recent years on the sales front and is planning for further substantial growth including plans to open a brand new Peterborough site in the coming years.

Due to the exciting plans they have in place, they are new looking to add a Financial Manager to their tight knit senior management team on a full time basis.

This is a newly formed role and will see you heading up all things finance for the UK business in a hands on role which will also lead to you potentially adding some junior members to the team in the near future.

On a day to day basis your duties will include producing monthly management accounts, managing company cashflow, preparing Payroll (including pension submissions and benefit schemes) and working closely with the company directors to assist with both short term and long term decision making.

You will also be given the opportunity to suggest improvements to processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs and maximise profit. In addition to the above you will work closely with the external accountants around audits, year end accounts and P11D's.

To be considered for the role you will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with commercially and analytically focused mindset and a strong technical pedigree.

The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum and will include a performance related bonus. You will be 100% based on site.
