The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well established FMCG organisation, who are part of a globally recognised organisation. Following an internal promotion they are now looking to appoint a qualified and commercially aware accountant to join them as a Finance Manager on an initial 12 Month Contract.

This role is suited to a true business partner, who enjoys building and maintaining relationships with both commercial and operational stakeholders across the business.

Day to day duties will include:

• Providing senior stakeholders with accurate information around financial performance.
• Taking full ownership of the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of financial reporting and other finance related processes.
• Presenting financial analysis and reports to senior stakeholders and providing support for commercial and operational decision making.

So what do they want from you? They are looking for a qualified accountant, who comes with wealth of business partnering experience with senior stakeholders (ideally within a manufacturing environment). Budgeting and forecasting experience is essential, with financial modelling experience being highly desirable.

The role is paying between £50,000 and £60,000 per annum, this will also be accompanied by a fantastic benefits which includes a 10% bonus and an enhanced pension scheme.

You working week will be split between their site in Rugeley (2 days a week) and the comfort of your own home.
