The ONE Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with local charity, who's efforts are centred around improving the environment. They are currently on the look out for a Finance Manager to join their friendly team on a part time basis (25 hours a week).

This role will oversee all financial processes for the charity and will be a blend double entry bookkeeping, transactional processing, management accounts and audit.

Flexibility is very much on offer for the opportunity, the organisation are open to how the working hours are spread out. They are also happy to be flexible around hybrid working, with a trip to the Peterborough office only required once a week.

Day to day duties will include:

• Month end preparation and reporting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Overseeing all transactional processes.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaising regularly with the board of trustees.
• Payroll processing.

The ideal candidate will come with a varied skillset in accounting, with previous experience in heading up finance within a small business or organisation. An accountancy qualification would desirable but not essential.

For the above they are open to pay a FTE salary of around £40,000 per annum.
