The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing business based in the Spalding area as they search for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.

This is a hands on, standalone finance position and would see you overseeing the Accounting for a busy production site.

Reporting into the site's General Manager you will be responsible for all BAU Accounting on site including leading all month end processes, maintaining both sides of the ledger and providing senior stakeholders with financial reports and accurate management information.

Due to the role being sat within a hands on production environment, manufacturing or FMCG experience would be essential when considering potential candidates. Qualifications aren't a huge priority, so if you are an experienced QBE Accountant with experience within manufacturing or FMCG then you would still be considered.

The salary for the role is paying up to £45,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
