Our client, a household name, is currently looking for a post-qualified accountant to work closely with the Head of Finance focusing on all things finance with a logistics bias.
This role will partner with the fulfilment team and duties will include
- Business partnering with supply chain
- Carrier cost reporting
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Stock reconciliations
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Variance and budget analysis
- Capex project reporting
- KPI reporting
Experience working in logistics is key to the success of this role as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever evolving business that is on an exciting journey of evolution.
Experience working with ERP systems is preferred but strong Excel skills are essential.
This role will initially be for a four month period but there could be scope for longevity for the right person.
Alongside excellent benefits, this role offers hybrid working with a base of St Neots for 2 - 3 days a week.
