The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a well established FMCG organisation, who have multiple sites across the UK. Due to a positive restructure which has taken place to increased demand and growth, they are now looking to appoint a Financial Accountant to their Peterborough site on a Full time basis.

This position would provide you with the exposure of reporting directly into the company's FD and would also give you the responsibility of heading up the implementation of controls which will support financial reporting and forecasting.

In addition to the above you will also head up compliance for stock count requirements for multiple production sites and warehouses, implement and lead audit processes and maintaining/improving the CSA system.

So who fits the bill? Ideally you will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a strong audit background and experience of implementing controls. FMCG experience would be desirable but not essential.

In summary, this role would be fantastic for a first time mover from Audit or a newly Qualified Accountant with industry experience, a strong technical background and the desire to take on more responsibility.

The salary for the role is paying up to £42,000 per annum with a generous benefits package.
