The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with an exciting, growing business, who work in tandem with one of the most well known names in there sector. Following a period of financial growth, they are now looking to appoint a qualified and technically gifted accountant to join their finance team as part of a positive restructure.

In this newly formed role, you will head up all technical accounting processes for the business, which will include the following:

• Maintaining and improving financial controls.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Supporting the company's internal and external audit processes.
• Taking ownership of cashflow reporting and forecasting.
• Providing sound technical guidance for senior stakeholders across the business.
• Managing all UK compliance (Tax & VAT).

This role would be suited to a 1st or 2nd time mover from a practice background or even an industry trained accountant with a passion for technical accounting. Although the role won't come with direct reports initially, there is scope for growth and further responsibility as the business continues to work towards it's long term goals.
